Right of withdrawal 

Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, it is not possible to offer returns or refunds for bundled products. We hope for your understanding in this matter.

Non-existent right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal)

There is no right of revocation (right of withdrawal) for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. By making a purchase, the customer agrees that personalized products are excluded from exchange.

Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery of goods shall be made by dispatch to the delivery address specified by the customer. 

As soon as we have dispatched the goods, you will receive a dispatch confirmation including the consignment number by e-mail. 

We ship our goods worldwide. 

- Standard shipping (€5) takes an average of 2-7 working days. We do not assume any guarantee for this. 

- Within the EU we ship our products for €10. 

- To all other countries we send the packages for € 15. 

If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. 

Furthermore, the customer is liable for incorrect address details. 

Delivery within Germany is carried out by Deutsche Post. If the order value exceeds €100, we will cover the shipping costs, but not the return shipping costs.
